My razor black widow didn’t type, and they give me greenlight when I type anything and that it doesn’t work

Have you already tried performing the steps here for further isolation? Make sure the Synapse 3 app is up to date as well so it can fetch updates for your keyboard. Please try different cable. Also the cable on photo is a data cable or power only cable? If the 2nd option - then it’ll not work.
