I was using it fine earlier and all of a sudden the wireless connector light goes out and no longer works. I just bought this device not even a month ago now. It only works when i plug the USB-C direct into the headset.

Nevermind i must have switched it into bluetooth mode by accident while it was resting on my neck. I have it working again!

Glad you got it sorted out! It sounds like the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro may have been switched into Bluetooth mode by accident, which would explain why the wireless dongle stopped working. Thanks for coming back to share the fix that will surely help others who run into the same issue. Stay awesome!
