Razor BlackShark V2 Pro

My Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) stopped working after I got home today despite working entirely fine yesterday. I have already tried plugging back in the USB, restarting my computer, reinstalling Synapse latest ver. and drivers with no luck.  even ran the Tool.      

This is a USB connected headset not Bluetooth.

Windows 11 Pro completely UpToDate.

I also updated firmware and made sure windows was using this as default device.  No joy.

Hey ​@Tommy7even,

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test the headset on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
