Razor blackshark v2 x microphone awful

The microphone on the razor blackshark v2 is insanely quiet to the point where I can barely be heard and if I turn it up theres a ton of static noise. This is way different than on the videos testing the microphone. I have tried without using the splitter and using the splitter plus reinstalling audio drivers but it hasnt been fixed.

    Did you ever get a chance to try it out on a different PC to check if it yields the same issue? For now, isolate the problem by following the steps provided here. PM me the serial number of your device should the issue persists since I can use that to look into a model-specific fix for this. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
