Razor Blackshark v2 x unable to activate 7.1 surround sound bought from Ali Express

I know you might be getting this query a lot but I didn’t know about your policies earlier before ordering and receiving the product via Ali Express. Now I am stuck and I don’t have any idea how to get the 7.1 Surround Sound experience with my Headphones. Please it would be a great help if you can guide me of how I can activate it. Thanks a lot. I will provide you with purchase receipt and serial number of my headphones once I get your reply.
