razor blackshark v2 x unable to get 7.1 surround sound

bacially, i bought the headset, did not come with the activation code for razer 7.1 surround sound. There was only a card with a QR code asking to go to the razor website to activate and get the activation code. However, after registering my product, i went to the activation website, input my serial number and was not able to get the code as it was a loop of asking me to register the product even though i have already registered.
