Hi everyone,
So i’m mainly an Xbox Series X player and use the new headset for party chat and game audio. However i frequently switch from playing xbox to use of my pc, to either watch something or game.
My understanding is that this headset is capable of simultaneous audio functionality via bluetooth. So i have turned bluetooth on from my PC and then connected the headset.
Theres a few issues im currently having:
- intermitted connection issues connecting to PC via Bluetooth.
- When connected and headset is set to ‘simultaneous audio’ im often getting distored and poor quality audio from the pc, this ranges from any videos on youtube to game sounds etc.
- Im unable to hear the audio from Xbox and from PC at the same time.
Can someone please clarify if its possible to use this headset in this way. Or recommend a best practises to get the use out of the headset as it was a gift.

My headset has the latest firmware updates, and also the adapter.
When trying to use ‘simultaneous audio’ the dongle in plugged into the XBox and set to Xbox connection.
Im also only sitting about a metre away from both the console and the PC.
