I'm having an issue where my keyboard is not charging at all showing 0% or it will sometimes show 100%. The wireless mode will go in and out and keep disconnecting. When I plug it in it works fine, but sometimes Synapse shows the battery at 0% and not charging, or completely charged at 100%. This is a new problem and I’ve had the keyboard about a year. I have downloaded and updated firmware, synapse, and the pairing utility and none of this has fixed the issue.

Razer Sucks, man. I had the exactly same issue and they never contacted me. I would never recomend a razer peripheral to nobody ever.
I found a solution but it will void the warranty if it is still there.
one way is to remove all the screws and open the keyboard, then disconnect and reconnect the battery connector.
since this problem has occured multiple times over a period, I made a permanent fix for it.
I cut the battery red wire and connected a small switch across. whenever the problem occurs, instead of openning the keyboard completely everytime, which is a tedious job, now I can simply disconnect and reconnect the battery by flipping the switch.
The original power switch given in the keyboard doesnt actually disconnects the battery.
