Title says it all, it’s an extremely frustrating problem and it seems to me there are a lot of other people with a similar issue that remains unsolved.
The issue started a couple of weeks after purchase.
I’ve tried deep cleaning the keyboard, deleting Razor Synapse, resintalling it, updating the drive, trying different ports, plugging it on another device (laptop) to test if the same problem happens (it does). I tried removing the cap and pressing the key directly, same issue.
Is there any solution beside sending it back and getting a refund.
