Razor Blackwindow V4 Pro - Spacebar key and delete key not properly working, double pressing or just not registering

Hi,

Title says it all, it’s an extremely frustrating problem and it seems to me there are a lot of other people with a similar issue that remains unsolved.

The issue started a couple of weeks after purchase. 

I’ve tried deep cleaning the keyboard, deleting Razor Synapse, resintalling it, updating the drive, trying different ports, plugging it on another device (laptop) to test if the same problem happens (it does). I tried removing the cap and pressing the key directly, same issue.

Is there any solution beside sending it back and getting a refund.

Based on the troubleshooting steps that you have already performed, it does seem that your keyboard is already defective. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
