RAZOR BLADE 15 (2018) - TouchPad/MousePad Warped

Hi, I bought a Razor blade 15 laptop (2018 model) in late 2019. I have got two problems, the laptop heats up a lot and smells bad (as if something is burning) and I can't even touch it or put it on my lap. I am currently using a stand with a fan in it to keep the laptop cool whilst working on it. Another issue is that the touchpad and back of the laptop (just below the touchpad area in the front), are warped or swollen. Due to the touchpad/mousepad being curved, I am not able to close my laptop at all (please see attached pics). Could you please advise what could be done to fix it? Thanks!

    The only way for the trackpad to protrude like that is if the battery is swollen. The temps and the smell are highly likely related to the swollen battery as well. Please send me the serial number so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
