Hello All,



I used my laptop yesterday and everything was fine. I unplugged it and used it for 15 minutes or so, then shut the laptop screen without shutting down etc.



Today I opened the laptop and it won't turn on at all. Black screen. I tried plugging it in waiting and turning it on but it won't work. The charger has a green light and other devices work on the plug so that is not the issue.



The laptop flashes a green light after about 3 seconds of holding down the power button, but then nothing happens. I've tried holding down the power button, unplugging, using an external screen, and more.



Overall, nothing happened to the laptop other than what I described above so am a bit lost on what to do now.



Please let me know if anyone has any advice here!
