Razer laptop suddenly blacked screened. I was playing a game and took a break for awhile. While gone, laptop went into sleep mode. When I went to wake it up nothing just a black screen. Facial recognition works and logs me in. Fans work. Keyboard lights work.  I tried and external monitor and nothing. Rebooted laptop and nothing. Need help! Could this possibly be a bad gpu?

    Did you already tried the steps here as well? If that didn’t help, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and kickstart a support ticket for a possible repair request.

    I want to use the windows hello on my razer blade 15. but this is  what is showing. My camera also has no driver and doesn’t work. Any idea on how to fix this
