I recently took my laptop to IT to get the CMOS battery replaced. They pointed out that my laptop battery was puffed up and recommended replacing it. I want to purchase a battery so I can replace it myself as I rely on my laptop and cant really send it in but razor doesnt recomended buying batteries elsewhere. I cant find where to purchase a battery on the website though. The battery model number is RC30-0248.

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that the Razer Blade 15” is having a battery swelling issue. Just to set your expectations, Razer doesn't sell batteries, so you might be asked to send over your laptop for repair.
