I recently took my laptop to IT to get the CMOS battery replaced. They pointed out that my laptop battery was puffed up and recommended replacing it. I want to purchase a battery so I can replace it myself as I rely on my laptop and cant really send it in but razor doesnt recomended buying batteries elsewhere. I cant find where to purchase a battery on the website though. The battery model number is RC30-0248.

Let me assist you with your concern. I understand that the Razer Blade 15” is having a battery swelling issue. Just to set your expectations, Razer doesn't sell batteries, so you might be asked to send over your laptop for repair. Please PM me with the laptop serial number and region so I can check the availability of the spare parts. All the best!
