First, this is like the 3rd laptop I've received. It worked fine for over a year. I had issues with keys not working, but then suddenly working again. The biggest issue I have now is the trackpad is stuck down AGAIN. This was the reason I had to have a warranty repair on my original. And after 2 attempts to fix they sent me a new laptop. So knowing this, I never "clicked down" the pad. I just did the normal tap. Now for whatever reason, it is stuck down again. I can't get it to come up. I had to disable it and use an external mouse. I've been pretty disappointed by the quality of this "high end" laptop.



Any suggestions for getting the trackpad un-stuck?



Also, any suggestions on getting the keyboard to work properly? I still have issues with keys not working then working and issues with keys registering double or triple clicks which cause something like (tttt).
