Razor blade stealth 12.5 (2016) magically stopped working :( | Razer Insider

I woke up this morning and powered up my laptop to a bios screen telling me to press esc or delete to continue to normal boot up....only the keyboard isn’t working but my normal backlight is on ....I try plugging in an external usb keyboard only to find my USB ports arent outputting any power ...after many power cycles the laptop booted windows after being on that same bios screen for about 5 mins ....again the keyboard wasn’t working so I couldn’t log in to my laptop...I logged in with the on screen keyboard because I enabled the ease of access tools on the startup screen ....after getting in I checked my device manager to find that I have no keyboard drivers and a code 10 error on my usb drivers ......I’ve reset the whole computer with a fresh install of windows ....I’ve done a fresh install of razer synapse (which isn’t even recognizing my laptop as a device) fresh drivers ....I’ve uninstalled and restarted the computer to allow windows to re install fresh drivers ....I’ve even disassembled the laptop and checked all connections properly and made sure everything was clean .....once I get windows to boot it’s a normal laptop with no keyboard or external usb support....I’m assuming this is a driver issue but I can’t seem to solve it ...

Edit:

I assumed it was a connection issue once I saw the lights on my keyboard going crazy but it’s always done this whenever my razor synapse would launch but not having a working keyboard / USB ports is new ....I can’t get past the bios screen half the time so at this point I’m ready to throw it at a wall because it’s not usable ....forgot to mention it still charges and outputs hdmi so I don’t think the board is fried lol
You pretty much did all the basic troubleshooting and more. I'm afraid there isn't much that I can add to what you've already tried. That said, we can try to perform a system recovery using the factory image. Driver issues should go away after that. Otherwise, you may have to send the laptop in for repair.
