I have this same issue. The surround sound app only accepts email address but will not accept the creds that I use for the Razor site. Even when I request to change my password it says it will send a link if your email address is on file, which it is but the email never arrives. I can’t create a new login because my email address is already in the system so it won’t allow it. This all worked perfectly on my laptop when I set it up but I get this issue on my PC. I can’t reach anyone at Razor to help me.
