RAZOR CYNOSA CHROMA

My Razor Synosa Chroma does not work since two days. The keyboard lights up rainbow and when I press a button, it stops lighting up rainbow and only lights up the pressed green buttons and the windows do not respond. I tried to turn off the DEMO Modus with pressing esc + capslock+ ctrl, but is not helped. Please help me! What i am doing wrong!
