Hi, I purchased a razor deathadder elite about 2 years ago.I never really new anything about mice back then. For example,I didn’t know if I was supposed to remove that plastic on the bottom of the mouse.Anyway, one day when I got on to play I noticed some dust in between the feet and the mouse part.I reached my nail in the crevasse to try to get it out and then started playing again, but the mouse was really scratchy and making scratchy sounds from the feet I didn’t know how to fix it so I spent the next hour pushing and trying to flatten out the mouse feet as much as I could.Once again I didn’t know anything about mice so I just didn’t really care about performance just the games.I kept playing that day but, onceI started getting competitive in games I started wanting best performance and stuff. I didn’t realize my mouse wasn’t at its maximum performance anymore and, it was kinda input delaying. This was confirmed when I tried out my friends new razor deathadder and his was faster and smoother and could do stuff a lot easier mine was harder to make small adjustments and and go quicker.I also clean my mouse a lot so idk if too much water on it with a cloth was bad and, I also noticed a slight indent in one of the top right of the mouse feat.Idk if it’s the sensor or the feat I just need the expertises of some of you razor fans on how to get my mouse back to its optimal performance so I’m confident in my products functionality.

Stop pushing/flattening the mouse feet as it can affect its glide over surfaces. Please use a mouse mat an adjust its DPI sensitivity and calibrate through Razer Synapse. Also, which plastic are you referring to? Is that the mouse feet or the area where your device's serial number and other details printed? You can follow the tips from this link that show how to clean your Razer devices. Feel free to send me a PM or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
