Razor Deathadder V2 stopped working

So user ​@urbanTealup790  is have the same problem I’m having with my deathadder V2. I turned it off and instead of shutting down it started glowing pink. Now it just does that, won’t connect to bluetooth. And I even tried plugging it in directly, but my computer still won’t detect it. And it still just… glows. Please help? I don’t want to have to buy a new one.

Are you referring to the DeathAdder V2 Pro? Does the issue happen while the mouse is plugged in using the mouse charging cable to another USB port or PC (if feasible)? Please uninstall all Razer-related files from your computer using the Razer Driver Clean-up tool, restarting your computer, and reinstalling Razer Synapse and its updates. Let me know how it went.
