I need help figuring out why my razor polling rate dongle will not connect to my deathadder v3 pro, i had it connected for 3 weeks, and all of a sudden it says it can not find my deathadder v3 pro. I have tried to update the software, tried it on another computer and even uninstalled and reinstalled razor synaps. please help me.

Hyperpolling dongle? Does the LED works on the dongle when connecting it to the PC?
Also is it visible in Windows device manager?
The hyper polling dongle light is not on but windows dose see it.
