I just updated my firmware today on my hyerpolling dongle and then my mouse would no longer connect. I tried to update the firmware on the mouse then after and I was able to update the mouse firmware, but not the mouse + dongle because it is not showing device manager at all. I’ve tried all the different workarounds I’ve seen on the forum but my original dongle isnt being detected at all it seems like, which means I can’t try repairing or updating anything, however when I have the mouse in a wired connection it is still working and showing in razer synapse.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
