Hello, im currently unable to receive one time password from razer gold & silver, my connection is fine but there is no message, i being doing the same process for at least 4 hour now and counting. Please reply asap

For starters, are you referring to an SMS or an email OTP? PM me so I can help you get this sorted out.
SMS but if you can change to email otp that would be very decent since my email is active, another reason that i dont like sms otp because the problem happen frequently and because of that i also miss alot of promotion in-game etc if you can suggest anything else that would be great.

I have very limited visibility over that part of our system so it is best that you contact our Razer Gold Team about this. You can reach them by starting a ticket here. By the way, can you try removing any prefix or zeroes after the country code?
