razor gold card not working

I bought a razor gold gift card for $100 a week ago and it did not work. I've put in a ticket a week ago with pictures of the card and proof of purchase and still have not gotten a response. I've responded to the ticket multiple times. Still no response from razor gold. Any suggestions?
