Hi I bought myself the Razer Hammerhead TWS X and was trying to connect them to my Phone. Sadly there is not a single sound when I open the case and they dont enter pairing mode. I double checked if im connected to any other devices, tried charging them for an entire night and did everything as told but it still doesn't seem to work.

I understand that you're having a connection issues with your Razer Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. Please make sure that there are no connected devices to your phone via Bluetooth while pairing it with your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless X. You can also watch this video for a step-by-step guide.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim.
