Razor Hammerhead TWS X not entering pairing mode

Hello,

I received my Razer Hammerhead TWS X today and tried to connect them to my phone and Windows PC. However, in both cases, Bluetooth does not detect any device.

I also tried using the Razer Audio app, but it still does not connect. I charged the case, and when I open the lid, the green light turns on, but it seems like the earbuds are not in pairing mode.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Since your earbuds aren’t showing up on either your phone or PC, I’d like to check a few things and have you try some steps. Have the earbuds ever appeared even once in your Bluetooth list on any device, and did you already try another phone or computer just to see if they’re detected there? Please make sure the case and earbuds are fully charged by leaving them on charge for about two hours and try to check if shows on your Bluetooth list. You can also follow the instructions in this article. If the earbuds still never show any pairing or blinking light and do not appear in the Bluetooth list on any device, there’s a good chance the unit is faulty; since it’s newly purchased, I recommend contacting your reseller or retailer for a replacement.
