My razor Huntsman mini stopped working mid-way through an event, my keys do not function however my key lights are working still, I have tried every support page to fix this issue however no luck, I have only had this keybord for 1-2 weeks, many thanks.

Does the behavior happen regardless if Razer Synapse 3.0 is running in the background or disabled? If the keyboard is detected in the Razer Synapse 3.0, try resetting the device in its settings and selecting reset from the side options. Otherwise, please proceed with the keyboard's warranty claim request. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
