razor huntsman mini not working

My razor huntsman mini randomly stopped working, ( I play on ps5)  It seems to be stuck in demo mode so it still lights up and has the green ripple effect but does not type. When I reset it ( esc caps space) it leaves demo mode but does not light up or type. I have tried many different cords and plugging it into different usb ports and still does not work. When I plug it into a laptop it is not detected by anything. Please help
