razor huntsman mini not working

My razor huntsman mini randomly stopped working, ( I play on ps5)  It seems to be stuck in demo mode so it still lights up and has the green ripple effect but does not type. When I reset it ( esc caps space) it leaves demo mode but does not light up or type. I have tried many different cords and plugging it into different usb ports and still does not work. When I plug it into a laptop it is not detected by anything. Please help

Did you ever figure out the problem and get it fixed. I am in the exact same problem as you where nothing works and will only light up in the demo mode as well as I am someone who uses it to play on ps5 and when I attempt to connect it to my laptop I get a notification saying “USB device not recognized. The last USB device you connected malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it” and it does not appear in Synapse to allow to attempt for updates and I’ve tried all the ports as well as other cables that I know work for another keyboard I use for my laptop.
