The device lights started flickering but keybord was still working. plugged out \ ln and then lights stopped working and keys either do not work or are pressed multiple times (more than 10). Closed / unistalled synapse and tried other pc too. same issue. Same with old synapse version too. Think either power or firmware issue with keyboard. Help needed.

Razor huntsman tenkeyless v2 not working.
Connected after some time again, lights randomly light for a bit and go dark after. The keyboard works for some time and then goes crazy pressing random buttons. I am on Windows 11 latest update.
I came to the conclution that that the keyboard is toasted. I do have the guarantee, box proof of purchuse etc. How can I send it for repairs?
