Razor huntsman v2 rück statse geht nicht

Hallo ich habe eine huntsman v2 jedoch funktioniert die rück Taste nicht ich kann wenn ich etwas falsch geschrieben habe den Buchstabe nicht löschen nur wenn ich es markiere und die entfern Taster benutze. Kann mir jemand helfen wie ich das hinbekomme die zu respirieren.

      Ich weiß es nicht aber die meisten hier sprechen englisch also übersetz es mal und Versuch es nochmal
