Razor Huntsmen Mini light not working

This is my first ever support question I've had for a Razor product. I do apologize if this isn't made correctly. On my Huntsmen Mini which I have recently gotten, the O has for some reason bugged out. It still lights but is stuck on a white color and does not respond to the application nor does it fix when I unplug-replug. Is this the key itself? I know it isn't affecting the keys function as you can clearly see from all the e's in this post. But I do wish to know why this might be happening.
