Razor Integrated Cam

Hello all; I have a blade 15 base laptop. It has an integrated webcam that I can see above the monitor. I looked in the device manager and the only thing listed is a USB Webcam which I do not have connected. I am running windows 10 with all the latest updates I can find. I was trying to activate the camera and it says that nothing is connected. I have tried uninstalling the driver, and it just reinstalls the same driver. I have made sure that permissions were given to the camera app. I have gone into settings and reset the camera itself and nothing seems to allow the camera to actually function. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and whether or not there is a fix to this particular problem.
