Razor Kitty BT cutting out every 5 or so seconds on pc

I have the option to choose the two options on my audio options one is stereo and the other is ag has low quality digitized sounding sound but doesn't cut out, stereo sounds fine but it cuts out every five seconds. I've updated the firmware on the app and troubleshooter my windows Bluetooth and nothing has worked so far. if you have used the kitty Bluetooth and had this problem how did you fix it. if anyone has any ideas id be grateful for them. thx
