I got my razer kitty headset last year for christmas.. ive been having troubles for a while now but its only getting worse. my headset keeps dissconnecting which makes my pc and games lag and i keep hearing this annoying popping sound. pls help :(

 

ive checked the usb, the cabel and my pc usb ports.

ive reinstalled razer synapse.

ive restarted my pc and tried different usb ports because my keyboard, mouse and headseat stand work perfectly.

 

i think my headset is just broken.. ive been alot of people complaining about the same issue so what do i do...

I’m sorry to hear about the connection problem of your headset. I agree, it’s highly likely a hardware-problem. Please PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and our options for a replacement. Thanks!
