I am using my Razor Kiyo Pro (firmware v1.05) on my corporate pc (Windows 10). I did not install Synapse, but can still use the camera for video streaming (e.g. Zooms).



Unfortunately, when using MS Teams, it is not not shown under the detected camera devices. The camera was quite expensive, und I do not need all the settings but it should at least work for a simple MS Teams call.



Any ideas what might have caused this issue and how I can solve it?
As an older "duffer", yesterday, I purchased the Razor KIYO PRO camera. I need the camera for video appointments that have become prevalent in this post-COVID (or whatever) era. No games, just picture and voice... As you know, the setup instructions are minimal. I suppose that I have the files fully installed but have not yet found how to operate the camera except in the "test" that follows installation.



I do not necessarily like reading the literature. I just want to "plug and play", so to speak. So, what am I missing to get this camera operational on a Dell PC, probably running Windows 10.
