When using the Razor Kiyo Pro all i get is a blurry image with or without auto focus on. All drivers are updated tried multiple usb slots and cables aswell as devices windows 10 pc and windows 11 laptop same issue on both.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try updating its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
