I have a razor kiyo pro and its been good for like a year but all of a sudden it stopped focusing like normal the auto and manual focus doesn't work its only focuses from 1 inch to 5 inches away from the camera no further what do I do I cleaned the cam many times aswell any help

Have you noticed any difference when temporarily disabling the Razer Synapse software? Also, consider updating the firmware by following the steps here. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please send me a PM with your device's serial number so I can check other solutions. All the best!
