I ordered 2 x Razor Kiyo cameras back in March 2021. One for my MacBook Pro and one for my partners Dell XPS. Both units have been running fine until 2 weeks ago. Both turned on, connected to teams calls and then the light flickered before disconnected from teams. 

 

After this, neither of our laptops apps could detect the cameras despite them being connected and powered on. 

 

Since then, if we reconnect they reappear in the apps (Teams) menu until you try to turn them on and then they disconnect and disappear from the camera devices list. 

 

Please advise on repair/ replacement options?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your computer. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a PM along with your Razer Kiyo’s serial number so I can look for other troubleshooting steps.
