Razor Kraken classic (2019)

So I just bought this new headset off amazon Razor Kraken, Thought it would be easy enough to plug in and it would work fine. I get no Audio from the headset and its driving me insane, I have tried to call the razor support line and looked everywhere I can to find out why the headset isn't working. I just got it out of the box..... it should work fine. Anyway if anyone knows what the issue is or could help me investigate that would be awesome Thanks, Jon
