Ok so I bought my kitty headphones off amazon in 2021once I bought the head phones they never worked the way  they were intended right off the bat. At first I thought that the disconnecting and reconnecting problem would be on my part since I bought them off amazon but that wasn't the case, then I thought the problem was my shitty school laptop but then I tried it on my newly bought pc and I still had the disconnecting problem. After awhile I got tired of it and completely abandoned it. I was so heartbroken because they were fresh out the box and I did everything I could at the time. I would unplug all my other razor products, updating everything, watching so countless YouTube videos in hope ill eventually be able to fix it myself. Then I just left it as is not contacting support because I thought at the time they wouldn't help because I bought it off amazon. So its been a year or 2 and now I'm just wondering if I should move on because there still doing it lmao.
