The salesperson at Best buy told me the razor kraken TE was able to be connected to the Xbox series x with the USB controller having full 7.1 surround sound.
Is this true? I can't seem to get it to work. I plug in the headset USB to the front of the series x but don't get any sound. Thoughts?
