Razor kraken tournament edition not working(?)

Hello,



I bought the headset 2 days ago and I am having a lot of problems with it.



The first problem is - THERE IS NO AUDIO AT ALL.



I need to change the sound settings so the "Razor Audio Controller will set as default because if it isn't I CAN NOT HEAR A THING!



The second problem is - I CAN'T save any setting and the THX light is always on. the button DOES NOTHING at all. I can't turn it off only by the Synapse menu and even then it DOES NOTHING.



I will NEVER recommend your products or buy them again.



Thanks for wasting my money!



EDIT:



Was able to fix the problem after uninstalling and reinstalling the Razor software. had to change the settings over and over again until it work as it should work.
