Son has a Razor Kraken Headset that will not allow him to hear both party and game chat. On the PS4 you can only hear one or the other. On Xbox 1 the volume is extremely low and has the same issue. Have checked all the settings and appears fine. Was working yesterday. Not sure how to fix. Any help appreciated as distraction greatly needed during lockdown 6.0!
Does it also have the same issue when connected to a PC? Isolate the problem by following this guide. PM me the serial number of your headset if the issue persists. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
