Razor laptop not working except when plugged into charger

My laptop is no longer running except when plugged into the charger cord. As soon as I unplug it the laptop shuts down. It has remained at 87% when I plug it in, not going up or down at all. It did this late last night, and I let the laptop rest all night. How do I fix this? Thank you! - Ruby Painter

    How long has this been going on, and have you tried recalibrating the battery? In any case, please PM me the serial number of your laptop should you still need assistance.
