Hello guys,
I have RazorLeviathan V2 soundbar for 2 years and was using it without an issue. the other day Synapse portal notified my that the Leviathan has an update. I started the update but around 10% it failed. So, I restarted the synapse and tried again this time it continued until 99% but then the sound bar powered off and the installation bar was stuck at %99. waited about 30 mins then I canceled the install. restarted the PC and when I wanted to power the speaker on it didn’t work.
I have tried different power cables, different power bricks, different outlets. none of them worked. so, I looked at the user’s manual on how to factory reset the device but there was no information on it. So, I looked up the internet, there are many different videos and methods on how to hard reset I have tried all that I could find but none of it works I still can’t get the speaker to power on. Is there anyone that had the same problem and was able to find a solution?
