I need to purchase a mouse with programmable buttons.
Can a Razer mouse be programmed and then operate without having the programming software installed on the clients computer. (Is the programming put on chip in the mouse?)
Can the software that programs the Razers mouse work without the internet? (Logitech’s GHub requires internet).

This is more of a how are the mouse button programmed.
Can the buttons be programmed and then operate indepandently of client “programming” software.
Does the software work with computers that are not on the internet? (No WWW)
