Razor Naga Trinity update failed

When I start the PC the Naga starts downloading an update, which takes 20, or so minutes and keeps popping up on whatever screen I am working within. At the end of this I get an error messaged that simply states: Error Updater Failed to complete. Click Here for Technical Support. I would very much like a fix to this. I like this mouse and would rather not change it. Thanks!
