Razor Nari - doesn't turn on but charges?

I've had my Nari for just over a year and recently it stopped holding a charge for very long. Now the red light comes on that it's charging but, after leaving it on charge for several hours, it doesn't turn on. Any way to troubleshoot or resolve this?

Have you tried using a different charging cable to isolate if it's an issue with the cable or the headset itself? PM me the serial number of your headset and a copy of its proof of purchase. That way, I can verify its model and check its warranty status if we might have to submit a warranty claim. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
