I’m a big Razor supporter. I have the keyboard, the Razor Naga v2 Pro. I do a whole lot of gaming, but these headphones have been so disappointing. The issue comes down to the dongle. I know its the dongle because everythting else works. I am willing to buy a new dongle but there isnt one available. There is a limited warranty on these headphones which have expired. I have a headphone with amazing capabitlities but unable to use them. I can certainly hook up the 3.5mm cord, but the microphone doesnt work. I tried using another headphone, but nothing feels good like the Razor Nari Ultimate. It’s such a shame that Razor knowingly is aware of the Dongle issue but doesnt have a replacement for it. Im sure returning customer will, “JUST BUY ANOTHER” product, but ever since, I have been looking for other alternatives. Reaching for support is like looking for a rare in a game. It’s a myth. YOu have to jump through hoops, and then be told, “YOU DONT HAVE WARRANTY”. Sorry. You bought it and it’s yours. Paper weight now.
