I have read alot of threads of people having this issue recently but nobody replies on those threads so i though maybe official support will help on my thread. My headsets were working fine uptill now. It got disconnected all of a sudden and then there were connection issues to dongle. I have tried recovery tool and it said dongle recovered. Then I tried pairing tool but it does not allow me to do that as it does not get ahead of dongle connection. Please help.
Hey Pale, which headset do you have? I have the BlackShark V2 Pros and have been having connection issues recently as well. Have you tried plugging the dongle into a different type of USB port on your computer?

You can also try the troubleshooting steps here for further isolation. If the same issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. I will start a case for a replacement dongle or whole set if necessary.
